At Nordic Tugs, the emphasis is always on quality over quantity. We produce just 50 cruising yachts each year, hand crafting each one and inspecting it at every stage to ensure it meets our stringent requirements for performance, durability, comfort, silent operation and fuel efficiency. For example, there are over 120 components and processes checked on the hull and deck before the two parts are ever bonded together... and this is only the beginning of the quality assurance process. Our vacuum-infusion process lets us create parts with a precisely controlled amount of resin for exact duplicates in weight, strength and density. And the finishing work is equally meticulous, from the hand-picked teak to the wiring harness, which one reviewer called "a textbook example of how to do it right."

Only after the entire boat has been checked for leaks and all systems have been run-up at the factory does it have a chance to prove itself in our extensive sea trials.

It's the kind of quality you don't often find in production boats — a quality that meets or exceeds NMMA's Yacht Certification requirements using ABYC standards. And it's a quality we confidently back with a full 10-year hull warranty.
